Dear Park View Elementary Parent,

This letter is to inform you that as of the new school year (2018) all children enrolled at Park View Elementary School are required to be compliant with the "Keep Our Children Safe" Act by having a VeriChip implanted.

This is a great step forward in Child Safety and studies have proven that children that have been "chipped" are 99% more likely to be recovered (when reported missing) than children that have not been.

Please, review the attached forms and requirements to verify compliance.

Be sure to make copies of this letter and your returned forms for records-keeping purposes.
