lamer.

I fell into math last night.
The numbers tumbling and swirling around me like digital,
phosporescent hummingbirds.

I fell into the command line last night.
The strings of text tunneling, worming and interweaving themselves, one into the other.
The numbers tracing themselves into the walls of my concentration
--forming long gutters and grooves.

I fell more deeply in love, the same love that a young man has for a young girl
underneath the leaves of a golden-papered, AutumNull tree.
Each one holding, and rythmically squishing, fistfuls of pumpkin pie.
Each one tangled up in the other's gaze.

I fell into the analysis of networked systems and directly perceived the truths of all existences.

I, alone, am a lamer of the highest order
as I bovinely chu and mu my way underneath the grasping tentacles of
the
smiling,
rising,
paranoid sun.
